The Assistant Manager, Recruiting is the first point of contact for all candidates. This is an important role that is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and interviewing applicants for positions throughout our organization. The Assistant Manager, Recruiting must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all roles and functions in the organization, and a strong understanding of our organizational structure.
